They tend to be very inflexible and unable to cope and adjust with the concept of uncertainty. They tend to work in a manner where they have everything planned out; therefore they also plan risk and mitigation much ahead. So there is no such thing as uncertain or unknown. With all these planned they operate in a pre-programmed manner. No offence, i do salute the people of Japan with so much respect for their behavior and ethics. But just that i don't agree with the way the system is implemented.
I have also read somewhere that, it's a country with high suicide rate due to stress. This is my point, too much of rigidness and pre-program leads to stressful individual. My personal opinion, it can narrow a person's view.

I have worked with Japanese, their culture is great, work ethics is perfect but openness to creative ideas in a crude level is very poor. They fail to understand or see it until some processes and facts and figures tabulated. Even worst when it comes to accept experiments.

This is just a personal opinion.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1171109115213682080.post-53058102011589839812013-07-21T10:26:16.689+08:002013-07-21T10:26:16.689+08:00Not only children clean their school for 15 minute...Not only children clean their school for 15 minutes. When I was in Japan for training many years back the factory employees also go around and clean the compound for 15minutes. They also have morning exercise before starting work. And during lunch break there is siren 5 minutes before lunch break is over so that the employees are at their work place right on the dot. No time wastage.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
