THE #SaySomethingNice Campaign (#SSNC) is travelling cross the country to spread the message of kindness, peace and a sense of camaraderie between Malaysians until Sept 16.
The campaign, aimed at inculcating thoughtfulness among Malaysians, is an endeavour by Zubedy (M) Sdn Bhd’s managing director and founder Anas Zubedy following the rise in negative racial, cultural and political discourse.
Everest Integrated Logistics (EIL) managing director M. Andy has come in to support the campaign which has taken a fresh turn through #GiveSomethingNice — to deliver goods donated to selected charities for free.
It was Andy’s admiration of Anas’ full-page Unity Advertorials that drew him, but the theme behind the #SSNC campaign quickly resonated.
“When I came across this wonderful campaign, I thought to myself, one man is making the effort, and in my view the best ads are mobile; so then it’s my duty to help carry the message nationwide,” said the 40-year old entrepreneur.
A total of 10 lorries fitted with the #SSNC banner will also spread the word in cities and villages through highways and trunk roads while delivering goods.
“Next year, apart from covering Sabah and Sarawak, I’m going to bring in a minimum of four to five additional transport companies with me to support the campaign,” said Andy.
