Come this May 5th,
ultimately at the federal level we will be choosing our Prime Minister. Our
Prime Minister plays the fundamental role in the nation’s direction and future.
As a leader he must always represent the Malaysian population. He must be the
Prime Minister for all - the Malays, Chinese, the Indians, Eurasions and don’t
forget the communities of Sabah and Sarawak. He must care for Malaysians
in urban areas and rural areas too. The old, the middle aged and the young. We
must look for that person.

Very obvious the choice: ANUAR IBRAHIM
Malaysia is not a Republic nor does it Practise the American form of democracy. We do not choose presidents.
Anas, I've been following your blog regularly and I like your views in promoting democracy. You always emphasize on voting rationally not emotionally, and I couldn't agree more.
However, this time round, our democracy is dying thanks to the massive electoral fraud committed by one side of the competing parties at a national scale.
It is unfortunate to us the Malaysians. It is no longer BN vs PR, but Malaysians vs Non-Malaysians.
Therefore, I urge sir (since you have some influencing power via your writings) to promote voting out Barisan Nasional and clean up our impaired democracy. It is no longer about candidates, but it is about a revolution of our democracy.
Thanks and cheers.
